easy walk tram system helpful staff

The hotel location allowed easy walks to historical sites. the tram system nearby was convenient. staff at the front desk were very helpful. They were also quite personable.

the breakfast choices seemed a little limited, but still, i found something nice to eat each day.

Really good Stay Near Major Attractions

excellent breakfast short walk friendly staff plentiful amenities

I appreciated the EXCELLENT breakfast each morning, with a wide selection of Turkish delights. The location was ideal for exploring, being a short walk from both the Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. I also found the staff to be very friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. The room was cleaned daily and the amenities were plentiful.

The gym had limited equipment. I noticed only a couple of treadmills.

The staff were always ready to assist with a smile, providing directions and recommendations. They provided very fast and effective service at the reception. This ensured a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests.

The hotel features a lovely pool area and a traditional Turkish bath. There is also a sauna available for guest use. The breakfast area is well maintained and spacious offering a relaxing start to the day.

clean hotel convenient location main street noisy ac unit minibar drinks hotel staff

The hotel was very clean. It was always tidied. The location proved very convenient. It was accessible to the main street shops and the tram.

The AC unit was a little noisy! The hotel staff did not inform us that minibar drinks cost extra. They left the drinks some days. Other days, they did not.

sock smell rock hard bed

My room stunk like wet socks and despair. the air conditioning didn't work and i was told it was set on "heating mode" for the entire hotel, in july! a fan was provided, but it just blew the sock smell around. plus the bed was rock hard. I think i slept better on the plane. the room size was so small to, a real squeeze with luggage.
